welcome to apply.

application to the right. The
application consists of the following
sections:

risks in farm animal activities.
This must be signed by the rider or
guardian.

General information concerning
the program and the possible risks
involved. This must be signed by the
rider or guardian.

Medical and emergency contact
information. This must be signed by
the rider's physician.

Liability release. This must be
signed by the rider or guardian.

A media release allowing us to
use your name, image, voice, or
video in press releases, promotional
materials, or on the web site.
